For helping me with thermostat thing on my fridge, as I explained to you, after calling the "BIG COMPANY" and being told. that it is going to cost me $75.00 for the service. call and $8.00 every 6 minutes (Yes!!! that's more than $1.00 per minute!!) "PLUS" Parts. I was very nervous, but I love my fridge and it is only 5 years old, I proceded to make a booking but halfway through and spending 20 minutes on the phone already, advised me they will be there. on Wednesday, which was 4 days away so I food" cancelled the booking, I thought "what about my I only just did the grocery shopping. So, luckily I found you and my problem was solved that day, I tell all the mum's at my sons school, so I hope you get lots of work.

Dear sam freeze refrigeration) Im sorry i called another company first, i won't ever Mention there name and hope never to come into contact with them again after taking my money for a service call fee only never to come back. After the third day i rang, he wanted more money to come back and he wouldn't tell if he had the part he was waiting for. I cut my loses and rang you and had my fridge running the same day. That company should take a leaf out of your book and provide an honest and reliable service. Even though we had a bad experience and was left out in the cold, your service warmed our faith in society as honest tradesmen unfortunately these days are very hard to find.. Thank you once again.
