Non standard or specially ordered spare parts are not returnable

Special parts orders are not refundable and are still delivered to clients without labour costs should the customer not want to proceed with repairs.
Warranties cover replacement parts and labour costs but do not cover food loss or spoilage.

The work carried out and detailed on your invoice has a guaranteed part replacement period of 12 months (includes labour).
Labour only work
(No usage of spare parts) The work carried and detailed on your invoice has a guaranteed period of 6 months.
Genuine door seals/door gaskets/door rubbers
All have 12 months guarantee part replacement, (includes labour costs).

In respect of third party goods, assigns the benefit of any manufacturer’s warranty given by the manufacturer of the goods only and itself gives no warranty.

We accept no liability to the consumer or to any third party for any food loss or damage of any kind whatsoever including without limitation loss of profit and consequential loss caused by any act, negligent or otherwise, or omission by J Small Refridgeration Services Pty Ltd its servants or agents or any other persons in any way related to or arising out of the supply or non-supply or performance or non-performance of anything or any service provided for or contemplated by or in pursuance of this agreement.
